Why Does My Thule Helium Bike Rack Have a Lean When In My Hitch?
Question:
I recently purchased a Draw-Tite hitch receiver for my 2014 Ford Flex with dual exhaust. The primary purpose is to use with my Thule Helium 2-bike platform rack # TH44VR. The Thule rack is leaning and despite attempts to adjust the anti-rattle wheel, it still has a pronounced lean. I’m wondering if it isn’t the hitch receiver. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I believe what is happening with your Thule Helium Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH44VR is that you may not have the knob tightened down all the way.
What you're going to want to do is get the pin in place then tilt it right to left as you tighten the hand knob at the bottom.
If you go to the 45 second mark in the attached video you can watch this process to get a better idea.
