Yes, the Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches # UF48-979033 will work for your 2015 Ducati 821 Hyperstrada.
The Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches # UF48-979033 is 77" long and supports up to 500 lbs. Your 2015 Ducati 821 Hyperstrada weighs less that 500 lbs. and the 58.6" wheel base will fit inside the 77" length.
The carrier itself weighs approximately 50 lbs. You would want to ensure your vehicle and hitch can support the weight of the carrier and your Ducati.
