Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers For Tandem 3,500 lb Axles
Question:
As I understand it, the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers - Tandem 5K Trailer Axles # RM-2460-2560 will work for my 2020 Coleman LT 1805RB with factory installed Lippert tandem axles rated at 3500 lbs per axle for a total load of 7k. The axles are a diameter of 2 3/8. Do you offer the u-bolts I need for this installation? Are there any additional parts required to finish the installation?

Expert Reply:
While you can use the shock absorbers, the entire Comfort Ride suspension kit is not a fit for 3,500 lb, 2-3/8" diameter axles, it is for larger, 3" axles. The shocks will still give you a much improved, more stable ride, so the correct part for that is the following:
- Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers - 3,500-lb Axle # RM-2450
