The Ladder Mounting Kit for Rhino-Rack Aero/Sportz Crossbars SEGLK2B is actually designed to work exclusively with the Rhino-Rack Aero crossbars like the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black # RRVA126B-2 & the Rhino-Rack Sportz Crossbars and will unfortunately not work with the factory crossbars on your 2017 Chrysler Pacifica.

Since you don't have either of those crossbars on your Chrysler Pacifica, these are not going to work and we don't have a carrier that'll work with your crossbars unfortunately.

The only other alternative solution to be able to carry a ladder on your Pacifica is to use ratchet straps like the Ratchet Tie Down Straps w/ Storage Bag # ETBMB-05852 and weave them between the crossbars and the ladder.

This is not the most attractive or ideal solution but if you needed to move a ladder from A to B it'll get the job done.
