Does the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 have a Warranty?

Does the purchase of product HR1450Z come with a warranty incase the product is damaged?

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 item # HR1450Z has a limited lifetime warranty that will cover any parts that need to be replaced due to a failure or defect. If you back the bike rack into something or someone hits it you won't be covered by a warranty. This bike rack has a 50 lbs capacity per bike and only works with 2" receivers. If you overload the bike rack you will void the warranty.

The Sport Rider SE2 item # HR1450Z is rated to be used behind any motor vehicle or motorhome. It is not rated to be used behind flat towed vehicles or trailers of any type. Using the bike rack on a a trailer or flat towed vehicle will void the warranty.
