To install the charge line kit # BB54FR included with your Brake Buddy Classic 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39494 while also using magnetic lights you would need to just run the wire to the front of your Wrangler and crimp on a bullet connector. You could then run the line from the motorhome side over to the vehicle and crimp a bullet connector onto it to connect the two wires together and charge the battery.
I would pick up some Velcro straps from your local hardware store and Velcro the line to magnetic light wiring harness to help prevent it from getting damaged while towing your Wrangler.
The only other way would be to use a diode wiring harness and run it to the socket and use the adapter cable for the lights to transfer the power from the motorhome to the Wrangler.
