The Westin Ultimate Bull Bar, # 33-0885, mounts to the frame on your 2000 Ford Ranger. If you have anything already attached to the frame at the front of the truck then it likely uses the same mounting locations on the frame or occupies at least some of the space required to install the Bull Bar.

Also there are some installation notes for this product:

Plastic shroud must be removed (if equipped)
Product may partially cover the license plate. If needed, use license plate relocator # 32-0055, sold separately.
