I have a 2022 F450. When I step on the brake pedal everything works fine, but when I try to engage the brakes manually nothing happens

In regards to the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90885, the only issue I could see with the manual override not working is simply a low gain setting. In order for the manual override to apply full power to the brakes, you'll need to make sure it's turned all the way up. If the override still does not work even with full power, the controller is defective and will need to be replaced.
Please note, you should be checking wire voltage at the back of the controller when testing, you can't use the trailer brakes to determine function as there are too many other variables that could affect function. The wire you'll be testing for the override feature is blue.
