The Kenda 215/60-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" Galvanized Wheel # AM3H300 while being designed for trailers is often used on golf carts as well. As they are bias tires they work well off-road and on pavement. You must be sure you do not overload the tires with their capacity of 940lbs per tire. For the front tires this is typically not an issue but on some larger carts the rear tires can be overloaded depending on the cart. Do remember as this tire is intended for a trailer any warranty issues will most likely not be covered when used on a golf cart.
