For your 2000 Chevrolet 3500 pickup crew cab dually we have the Manual Tailgate Lock # PAL1050 or the Power Tailgate Lock # PAL8100-PL9510. They currently do not offer a lock that can be used both manually and with power on your factory tailgate.
