Purchasing new 2500 HD Silverado and trailer. On the spec sheet, trailer has hitch weight of 760 lbs. Dry weight of 7775 lbs and finally, GVWR 9995 LBS. looking for advice on which model Equalizer hitch would be the right combo for this set up. Thanks in advance!

Helpful Expert Reply:
I recommend using the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37120ET with your trailer. This hitch is rated for a tongue weight of 800-1,200lbs and a maximum weight of 12,000lbs. With the dry hitch weight of 760lbs and the dealer installing a 50lb Battery # BRW34FR and filling the propane tanks this will put you over the 800lb minimum weight requirement.
You will need a 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 to install the included 2-5/16" hitch ball.
