Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Adapter For 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 With Puck System Width
Question:
I have 2019 chevy Duramax 2500 with a 6.5 bed. A neighbor just sold me his brand-new Andersen 3220 hitch. The problem appears to be the chain connections of my puck system. The holes are under the rail of the Andersen hitch. Did I buy the wrong hitch? I believe I do need the safety chains connected. Thank you.

We don't offer the Andersen 3220 but from what I can find it is 35-1/2 inches wide, so if the safety chain connections are covered on your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 with the puck system then I recommend going another direction. One that is similar which may work for you is the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM8550045.
The # DM8550045 has a base that measures 30-1/2 inches across, so you can measure where the safety chain connections are to see if it will fit within that measurement.
