Minimum Threshold Height for Fold Down RV Steps
Question:
Im looking for a solid style of step for my cargo trailer. Door width is 36 and I believe the width threshold is 35. The Entry Height from the door threshold to the ground is 18.5 tall. Do you carry any solid mount in this size? I didnt see any they all start at 22 tall.

In order to choose the correct set of MORryde StepAbove RV Steps or Lippert SolidStep RV Steps, you'll need to measure both the doorway width and the threshold height. The doorway width is measured at the two inner most points in the door way and the threshold height is measured from the ground to the threshold while the trailer is parked on level ground. The minimum height for the StepAbove is 25" and 22" for the SolidStep. If you don't have at least this much space from the threshold to the ground then there would not be a fold down step option.
I have attached our full list of fold down step options below as well.
