What Else is Needed to Use a Sidewinder with a B and W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch

I have a BandW patroit fifth wheel hitch and want to add the ST400-5AS16K. What other parts do i need?

In addition to the Sidewinder you will also need custom wedge # SWW-06. Since your hitch fits in above the bed rails you will not have to worry about adding additional bolts to keep the hitch for rotating in the bed. I have linked the instructions for you to view.

Make sure that you have the right pin box for this Sidewinder, # ST400-5AS16K. It fits Leland 7910, 7920 and 7921 pin boxes.
