Since you have the Thule TracRac SR # TH97RV on your 2021 Toyota Tundra you will need a tonneau cover that installs inside the bed rails. For a folding cover I recommend the BAKFlip MX4 # BAK48409T. If you would prefer a roll up cover then I would choose the BAK Revolver X4s # BAK46ZR.

The BAKFlip has an aluminum construction with a matte finish. It is a tri-fold cover with 1/2" thick panels with rubber seals and built-in drainage to help keep water out. Since this is a folding cover you might have to adjust the ladder rack depending on where it is positioned to get it open.

The BAK Revolver has an aluminum and vinyl construction. It uses 1/4" thick hinged aluminum slats to keep it secure and has weather seals to keep water out. The ladder rack won't interfere with the Revolver no matter where it is positioned. Both feature a bolt-on installation, limited 5-year warranty, and are made in the USA.
