Will Wind be a Problem for Furrion Chill RV AC Unit doing 75 MPH

Question:

Greetings, I am interested in buying a 15 BTU Furrial air conditioner, I have a 2006 Van Sprinter 413CDI. I have seen many videos on your website, they are great, they clarified many doubts. But I have a question about the aerodynamics of the air conditioning. In my country, a cruising speed of 120 Klm 75mph is allowed. My question is how does the unit behave at this speed? Is the fixing to the roof strong enough to withstand the pressure of the wind at that speed? Thank you for your attention, I hope you can read my message.

The small amount of wind that's on the very top of an RV like your Sprinter van might surprise you due to how it deflects and goes over most of the top of it instead of hitting it straight on. So what that means is that there wouldn't be much wind at all on the Furrion Chill part # F15PA12SASA-W and you'd be totally fine to do 75 mph. We've sold quite a few AC units over the years and not once have we had an issue with wind hurting one.
