Is The Yakima OverHaul HD Ladder Rack Compatible With A Rocket Box And Retractable Tonneau Cover

Question:

Can you attach a Yakima rocket box on top of this rack? I previously had a cap on my truck with a Yakima crossbar racks on top of the cap with ski racks and rocket box. I purchased a 5th wheel camper, so I got rid of the cap so I am looking to get a retractable cover and this Yakima ladder rack system. Thank you. 2016 GMC 3500HD crew cab 6 1/2
