The replacement tongue for your Yakima Dr.Tray Bike Rack 8002474 is no longer available from Yakima and the Tongue # 8880826 you found is for the Yakima HoldUp EVO Bike Rack # Y02480. While they do appear similar the parts are not interchangeable. The HoldUp will make for a good replacement rack for your Dr. Tray if you are unable to find the tongue used or in a retailers leftover inventory.
