Will the etrailer Kayak Roof Rack Fit a 2013 Subaru Outback with Factory Roof Rack

Question:

Have a 2013 outback with factory adjustable cross bars. they are 7/8 thick by 2 1/4 wide. will these work with etrailer 98878 j style kayak carrier. I would like to get these because the kayak Im getting is 85 lbs and they are rated for more than that. just want to make sure they will mount to the cross bars ok.
