Thanks for reaching out, we definitely can help you with a replacement double eye leaf spring!

For your application I recommend picking up the 3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # e59SR which measures 23-1/8" center eye to center eye. Be sure to take this measurement without weight on the leaf spring so that it's relaxed and won't be flattened out.

It's also important to note that whatever you do to one side of the axle you need to do to the other so you'll want to order 2 of these and replace them for the same axle.
