While we have a few rack systems that fit your 2021 Jeep Gladiator without Trail Rail, none of them specifically list any Gator tonneau covers as compatible. We unfortunately do not carry the Gator brand of covers and therefore do not have first hand knowledge of their compatibility.

The most likely option is the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A38ZR which works with Lomax hard tri-fold covers, Access roll-up covers, and most other inside-the-rail tonneau covers. So if your Gator cover has an inside the rails installation, this ladder rack will likely work for you.
