Recommended Shackles and Suspension Upgrade for a Triple Axle Toy Hauler

Question:

Good morning, I have a 2007 triple-axle weekend warrior 5th wheel toy hauler and I need need to replace the shackles/wet bolts. They measure 2-5/8 from center to center of bolt hole. What kit will work for me? Do you have a good suspension upgrade for my rig? I would like to lift it 2 inches but don’t want to do an axle flip any ideas?

The closest option we have to replace your 2-5/8" shackles is the 3-1/8" long MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Triple Axle Trailers item # MR26ZR. Using the longer shackle straps will slightly raise your trailer but these will still work.

If you would like to email me the dimensions of your current equalizers I will be happy to recommend a replacement so you can upgrade those as well.

If you are looking for a complete suspension upgrade then I recommend the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers item # RM-2460-2570-3. This system replaces your current leaf springs and adds shock absobers. I have linked a review and installation video below so you can see how this system functions.

Since you do not want to do an axle flip the only option is to use the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit item # RR55QX. This kit mounts to your spring hangers and moves the attachment point down 1-1/4" or 2-1/4". This will raise your 5th wheel trailer up an equivalent amount.
