The bearing, race, and grease seal information can be easily be found by removing any wheel from your trailer and taking down the part numbers from the inner and outer bearings to determine the correct replacement parts for your spindles.

I've shown this in the attached image so you can get a better visualization.

From here you should be able to find the corresponding replacement parts needed. Additionally, to get your lug and bolt pattern information you are going to want to measure from the center of one hole to farthest edge of either of the two farthest holes, shown in the attached image.

If the distance is:
2-5/8" - bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2
2-3/4" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-3/4
3" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 5
3-1/4" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 5-1/2.

I have also attached some useful media for you to check out as well that should help.

Finally, since you mentioned that you are interested in putting together an emergency roadside repair kit, I recommend checking out the:

-Orion Premium Roadside Emergency Kit with Flares, Jumper Cables and First Aid Kit # RN8907-01.

This kit has everything you'd need, to include: (3) 15-minute flares, jumper cables, 2 light sticks, a poncho, a safety vest, a combo tool, duct tape, first aid supplies, and a durable nylon carrying case.
