The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88298 are designed to fit with the Reese mounting brackets for a 5th wheel hitch. To install this on your 2002 Ford F-250 without these rails you will need to use a spacer in place of the mounting bracket to position the springs correctly. We do have the Kit # AL88215 which is designed to fit without an in bed hitch.
