Where is the Power Source For Wiring Electric Trailer Brakes Located?
Question:

Expert Reply:
The power source for your electric Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-35-SA will come from the blue wire in the Junction Box # 38656. Do note that every trailer manufacturer does not always use the same color wiring so it may be blue, black or another color. Just be sure they are connected to the wire from the trailer brake controller. The ground could be the trailer frame if your wiring uses the frame as a ground otherwise you will need to connect to the ground wire also in the junction box.
