Handlebar Clearance on the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack

Question:

We need to mount on a fifth wheel a bike with a handlebar width of 24 inches on the inside of a bike rack. Our second bike has wider handlebars. Sounds like there is at most 12 inches of clearance on the HLY64FR. Is there a rack that will fit our bikes?

The Hollywood Racks RV Rider item # HLY64FR would be a great bike rack to use behind your Jayco Eagle 5th wheel. From the hitch pin hole to the center of the rack is 14-1/2" so you will have plenty of room for your 24" wide handle bars. If your second bike is wider than 28" you will run into clearance issues if you put it in the front position but should have no issues if you mount it on the outer rack.

The Hollywood Racks RV Rider item # HLY64FR has been rated to be used behind all motor vehicles and 5th wheel trailers. It has an 80 lbs capacity per bike and weighs 72 lbs. This rack can accommodate tires that are up to 5" wide.

I have linked a diagram I made below along with a review video so you can see all of the functions of this rack.
