The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # A35RS545 is going to be the closest option we have to replacing the torsion axle on your 2002 Triton UT10 utility trailer. This is a universal option which may require some modification to your frame and includes a 5 on 4-1/2" idler hub like you have included on your axle. It is rated for 3,500lbs versus the 2,500lbs your axle is rated so you will likely encounter a stiffer ride. Do not the higher weight rating will not necessarily increase your trailers capacity as there are other components like the tires, wheels and frame which go into the weight capacity.

If you prefer a more exact replacement you will most likely need to order a custom axle if Triton and Dexter do not have one in stock. A local trailer manufacturer or supply store should be able to help you with placing an order for an axle.
