Yes, the Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer # C45048 will work with your 2005 Ford F-350 Super Duty OEM hitch if it is a 2-1/2 x 2-1/2 inch hitch. The extender is corrosion resistant and has a high gloss black powder coat finish. You're able to trim the bar to 24 inches if needed.
