Troubleshooting Thomas Payne Seismic Reclining Loveseat Which Clicks When Trying To Recline

I have a thomas payne collection recliner loveseat one of the recliners will not recline when push the button it just clicks

It sounds like the Actuator # SC96MR for your Thomas Payne Seismic recliner is damaged. I recommend first pulling the recliner apart to determine if the actuator itself is damaged or if there is something else not allowing the loveseat to recline. If a hinge or part of the frame is preventing it from reclining you may still be able to use your actuator pending it is not damaged.
