Expert Reply:
You absolutely can splice two or more water hoses together to make one long continuous run. I recommend going with the Camco RV Heated Drinking Water Hose for Cold Weather # CAM22903.
This hose is 50' long, will plug into standard 120 VAC outlets, and self-regulates to prevent from overheating, eliminating the need for a thermostat or controller.
The only thing you're going to need to also make sure is that you also get an extension cord that is made from 14 AWG wire like the Mighty Cord Indoor/Outdoor Extension Cord w/ Indicator Lights # A10-10014E.
