Swagman RV Bike Rack Recommendation

Question:

Is this hitch rack TH9044-TH9046 warranted for 5th wheel use? I have a 29ft fifth wheel with a bumper hitch.

There are bike racks that are confirmed to work behind RVs, but the Thule T2 Platform Rack # TH9044-TH9046 that you referenced is not one of them. Check out the Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Carrier # S64663. This rack has been confirmed to work on an RV and should work well for you.
