When calculating tongue weight for use with a weight distribution system you will also need to factor in the weight of anything loaded behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. So lets say that the trailer tongue weight when loaded and ready to tow is 377 pounds and there is nothing loaded behind the rear axle of the vehicle. You would want to look at systems rated for at least up to 400 pounds. A system rated too high is not going to give you much benefit and you will have a stiff ride.

I recommend the Pro Series system # PS49901. It is rated for up to 550 pounds and would be a better option for a tongue weight of 377 pounds. This system includes: head assembly, adjustable shank, lift brackets, round bars, lift chains, pin and clip, friction sway control, 2-5/16 inch hitch ball and all necessary hardware so you will not need to add anything else.

I have linked the instructions, an FAQ on weight distribution, and an FAQ on determining tongue weight for you.
