Yes, the Westin Sure-Grip Running Boards # 27-6110-2205 for your 2022 Chevy Colorado does have a light-kit add-on you can find on our site as part # 27-6000.
If you want to make the running boards look a little more custom to your truck then we also have the Gap Strip # 27-9907 that takes up the small space between your vehicle and the running boards to make it stand out and look a bit more clean.
