While we do carry a replacement for your LM48548 bearing, listed as part # LM48548 on our site, none of our hubs use this bearing and from what I'm seeing your bearing combination is for very old trailer axles.
I recommend swapping out your axle to something more current that you'll be able to easily find service parts for, like bearings. To choose the correct replacement axle we'll need to find out the weight rating of your current axle as well as the spring-center and hub-face dimensions.
For example, the Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs # e65GR is rated for 3,500 lbs and has 74" spring-center and 89" hub-face dimensions. If you can get me this information I can see if we have a solution for you out of our linked selection.
