Is There Age Limit for Blue Ox Tow Bars

Question:

I bought a used motorhome in August. Its a 2005. It has a Blue Ox towbar. I assume the towbar is as old as the motorhome. Are there any age restrictions or age recommendations for towbars? The prior owner was using to tow a Chevy Avalanche.

Tow bars don't have expiration dates. If it looks like it's in good working order I don't see why you couldn't continue to use it. I would recommend checking it over just to be sure that there's nothing worn out or damaged on it.
