Ladder Rack Recommendation for a 2013 Chevrolet 2500HD 8ft Bed with Inside-The-Rail Tonneau Cover

Does the Trax Rack have a bolt down option versus the clamps? I have a Bak Flip F1 tonneau cover that mounts to the side of the bed rails. thanks

I do have a bolt-on ladder rack option for your 2013 Chevrolet 2500HD, however, Thule does not have a bolt-on option at this time. Instead, I recommend the Access Adarac Truck Bed Ladder Rack, # A70570. This ladder rack mounts on top of the bed side rails and bolts through the stake pockets. It is also compatible with inside-the-rail tonneau covers like your Bak Flip F1 Tonneau Cover.
I have attached the installation instructions for you to check out. I have also attached a photo of this ladder rack installed with an inside-the-rail tonneau cover.
