Can The Third Row Seats of 2005 Honda Odyssey be Folded Down with WeatherTech Cargo Liner Installed

Question:

I was wondering if the cargo mat behind third row seats can be left in place in order to fold third row seats down into the floor? I am looking for something that I be left in place all the time.
