Installation Options For A Towed Vehicle Charge Line Kit
Question:
My plug for the motorhome already has all post used so no place to put the charging wire to the post Can I just hook the single wire coming from the motoerhome to the single wire for the towed vehicle without use the 7 way plug?

If your motorhome 7-way already has all posts used then you most likely already have a charge line installed. I recommend checking the posts with a tester # PTW2993 to see if one lights up.
Without tracing the wire you have pictured with the bullet connectors we have no way of knowing exactly what its purpose is, so I recommend tracing that wire on the vehicle side and seeing if it runs to your battery. It should be fused before going to the battery so don't be surprised if it runs to some kind of fuse holder or circuit breaker first.
You can definitely run a charge line separate from the 7-way and use bullet connectors, but it's a lot easier to have it included with the 7-way and only have to hook up the 7-way cable instead an additional wire every time. The 7-way cable is going to give you a more secure connection and be less likely to get corroded from the elements like an exposed bullet connector would.
If none of the wires in your 7-way or that solo wire with the bullet connectors are a charge line then you can use part # RM-156-25 for the vehicle side and part # RM-156-75 for the motorhome.
