Can Wagan Power Inverter # 02294 Power a Mini-Fridge in a Camper

Will it power a mini fridge in my tear camper on short trips?

The Wagan Power Inverter # WC3720 that you referenced should be able to run your mini-fridge in your camper without any problems.
To confirm this check your appliance for how many watts are required. If the wattage is not listed you can simply determine this number by multiplying the number of amps by the number of volts (amps x volts = watts).
This inverter has a continuous power rating of 1000 Watts.
