Would this the correct model and work for a 2023 Grand Design Solitude S-Class 3740BH with top mounted springs over the axle? Would this product help increase the load capacity at all?

The SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs part # SS26MV is the correct kit for your 2023 Grand Design Solitude S-Class 3740H that has overslung axles like you described and will do a great job giving you additional suspension support but it will not effectively increase the weight capacity since that's based on more than just the suspension. It also is based on the axle capacity, brake capacity, frame, coupler etc. So just increasing the suspension capacity would not increase the overall capacity.
