Currently I do not see any aftermarket manufacturer producing a custom fit receiver for your 2019 Mercedes-Benz C300 4Matic Wagon. They only have options for the sedan or coupe. We do have a 2" Receiver # E17 that you can take to a fabrication shop and have a custom hitch fabricated to fit your Mercedes.
The ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT will allow you to add a 4-way flat connector. This harness uses sensors to detect power for the tail lights rather than splicing into the delicate wiring in the Mercedes.
