In order to confirm the correct replacement braking assemblies for a trailer you'll need to know the axle capacity. This is found on the axle tag in the center of the beam. The most common is a 3,500 lb trailer axle and in which case you'd use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-35-SA. These brakes mount up using a four bolt flange and measure 12" diameter. I am pretty sure this is what you need based on the photo with weighs provided but it might be a good idea to check first.
