Are There Base Plate Kits for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk That Keep Factory Tow Hooks

Question:

I have a 2017 Jeep Cherokee with a Blue Ox baseplate kit for towing behind my RV. The unfortunate part of the installation was loosing the recovery hooks on the front. Is there and adapter to mount a clevis to my Blue Ox attachment tabs for recovery options?

I do have an option for you but all of the base plate kits available for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee like the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX1138 will replace the factory tow hooks. There isn't any sort of adapter to use them with the base plate kit nor is there another way to attach them to the front of the vehicle. That said, if you ever get stuck and are in a pinch, I would just use the safety chain connection point on either side of the kit.
