The Atwood GC10A-3E is a gas/electric 10 gallon water heater. The unit is no longer available and replacement parts are getting harder and harder to come by so I recommend upgrading to a tankless unit which will provide an endless supply of hot water. The best replacement option we offer for an Atwood GC10A-3E RV Water Heater is the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater part # FR68SR. It won't be a direct replacement but still pretty easy nonetheless as they are very similar. That said, you won't have to worry about enlarging the cutout or anything like that, just switching over some fittings and wires is all. There is no direct replacement available for an Atwood GC10A-3E RV RV Water Heater.

Please note, we cannot really offer troubleshooting advice for your old unit as this must be done by a trained professional. If you have this done and can determine what parts you need to fix it, just let me know what those are and I can see if we offer them. That said, I really do still think a full replacement is your best long term solution.
