In regards to the CE Smith Bunkboard Guide-On Kit part # CE27600K75, the brackets and posts are galvanized and the hardware is zinc plated which will do a great job of preventing rust and corrosion. The kit is designed exclusively for use on boat trailers so rust/corrosion protection was not overlooked. We even have some reviews from customers after a year of use and there were no reports of rust or corrosion.
