Does the Swagman XTC4 Bike Carrier Include an Anti-Rattle Lock

Hello. I ordered one of the XTC-4 yesterday which has already shipped. Thanks.. Does it come with the anti-rattle hitch lock. I see it in the pictures but also as an option. Or does it just come with a bolt. Thanks,

The Swagman XTC4 4-Bike Carrier # S64665 that you referenced comes with a threaded, anti-rattle lock and a regular pin and clip. Check out the picture I attached that shows the two.
