Blade stiffener, how tight should they be.

I spoke to Detail K2 about the blade stiffeners on the Detail K2 Snowplow for 2" Hitches part # K2AVAL8422 and they informed me that they don't need to have a lot of pressure applied, they should simply be snugged up and then turned an additional rotation or so for support.
