I do have some tire chain options for your 265/75-16 tires but every tire chain is different, some will fit a wide variety of sizes and others will only fit a few. If you already have snow tire chains, you'll need to look on the packaging or check with the manufacturer to verify fit on your exact size. I can't make a blanket statement that all tire chains that fit 265/65-16 tires will also fit 265/75-16 tires as some will and some will not because it comes down to the exact model of tire chain in question.

I see you were looking at tire chain cables so if these are what you need, I recommend the Glacier Cable Tire Chains part # PW2028C which are a fit for 265/75-16 tires.

Please note, the difference between 265/65-16 and 265/75-16 tires is 2" diameter so it's not likely there's one tire chain that works on both sizes.
