E-Bike Rack that Can be Used at Rear of Travel Trailer

why cant it be used on rv trailer?

At the rear of a trailer the ride quality is much rougher when compared to a vehicle since the suspension is much less refined and the distance from the rear axle to the rear of the trailer is much longer which exaggerates the movements even further. So not all bike racks are rated for the rougher ride quality which includes the Hollywood Racks # HLY66ZR that you mentioned but we do have a similar rack with the Swagman E-Spec part # S94FR that will work really great.
