Which Wires Are For Power & Ground On The Replacement Ventline Fan Motor

replacement motor has two black wires ,which is ground and hot wire ??

The two black wires for your Ventline Replacement Fan Motor for Ventline Exhaust Fan # BCD0390-00 do not have any designation for power or ground.
What changes is the direection the fa will spin. So, the easiest way to do this is too connect it to power and see which way the fan spins. If the fan spins in the direction you want, you're all finished. If not, switch the wires around and try it the other way.
